Tremont government is comprised largely of citizen volunteers who contribute their time and talents in areas of interest or expertise. Members of Town Committees are volunteers who spend a few hours (usually in the evening) with their fellow residents helping the Town of Tremont run efficiently while remaining a pleasant place to live. Volunteers are also occasionally needed for special projects.
