Surplus Property Sale - Invitation to bid
TOWN OF TREMONT
INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Tremont is now accepting sealed bids from the public to purchase the following:
- Left Over Pier Pilings in various lengths
- Winning bidder must remove within 14 days from award of the bid.
- Being sold AS IS.
Bids are due by 12:00 PM (noon), Wednesday, November 8, 2023. The bids will be opened publicly at that time. The bids MUST BE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE PROMINENTLY MARKED with the “Surplus Property Sale” written on the front. Bids can be mailed to: Town of Tremont, P.O. Box 159, Bernard, ME 04612; or hand-delivered to the Tremont Town Office located at 20 Harbor Dr, Bass Harbor, Me 04653
The successful bidders must make payment in full within 14 days from award of the bid.
The equipment can be viewed by contacting the Town Office; photographs are posted on the municipal Facebook page and website at www.tremont.maine.gov. Any questions regarding this equipment, contact the Tremont Town Office at 244-7204.
